SHAMOWA Construction and Training Centre cc, is a South African based company, formed in 2009 by a highly motivated and innovative team of professionals, aiming at making an impactful contribution to the construction industry, through effective management and completion to the construction works and management of programs by providing quality control expertise and skills as well as bringing to better understanding the management of safety systems to the projects in line with the occupational health and safety act and building regulations and also providing skills and on job training with an accredited skills training provider.

Our Team

Walter Casqueria lead Surveyor
With 14 years in the building and civil field, Walter has much input from site labor to site contracts management and implementation on a daily basis.

Moira Mwape Associate Surveyor and Buyer
With 11 years in the quantity surveying, purchasing and accounting departments, her added knowledge and experience with materials and quality control is invaluable.

Sharon Mwape Site Agent and Safety Expert
With 9 years experience, Sharon has advance skills, knowledge and experience in the site implementation of construction works, buying, occupations health and safety implementations, admin and accounts.
